Nonlocal Sobolev spaces and perimeters

The aim of the talk is to introduce tensor variational inequalities in Hilbert space. We will introduce the notions of nonlocal Sobolev functions and nonlocal perimeters associated to a (possibly singular) kernel. We will discuss the main properties of these objects, focusing on embeddings and isoperimetric inequalities, and we will show their applications to the study of geometric variational problems.
