The deadline for taking an exam valid for the degree session (both three-year and master's degree) is 21 days in advance.  

It is not necessary to send or deliver the degree application to the Student Secretariat and the supervisor's signature is not required on the pdf of the degree application. The supervisor will confirm admission to the degree exam by approving the thesis uploaded by the graduating student in Esse3.
