The Department's strategic planning defines the objectives of
improving the quality of the activities carried out in the fields of training, research, the third mission and transversal
dimensions . The strategic planning document is represented by the Department's Three-Year Plan which describes the actions to be undertaken to achieve the objectives, the responsibilities for the actions and the indicators for measuring the results.
